Suicide knows no social, ethnic or cultural boundaries and neither do we.

If you've been bereaved by a partner/spouse, family member or friend who has taken their own life and you struggle to cope, the Survivors of Bereavement by Suicide (SoBS) Kirkcaldy Support Group is here to help you.

SoBS Kirkcaldy Support Group is a self-help service which is free of charge. The group volunteers have been approved by SoBS UK to facilitate the group and having experienced losing someone to suicide, can offer support through the complex grief associated with a self inflicted death.

Our friendly and supportive monthly group meetings are attended by people who have experienced losing someone to suicide. We offer support to people in Fife and neighbouring local authority areas.

If you prefer to get in touch for a chat on the phone, help is available by contacting
the SoBS UK national helpline number
0300 111 5065.

If you do not feel you are ready to come along to a meeting or have a telephone conversation, you can send an email to help@sobskirkcaldy.org.uk and a group member will contact you.
